The Orloff house, constructed in 1796 by a Russian noble sent by Catherine II to aid the Greeks during Turkish rule, is named after the late 18th-century revolution known as "Orloffika" (1770). Owned by the Kladakis family for over 80 years, it was converted into a hotel in 1986.

The projects consists of a careful restoration of its original elements and a complete renovation, with respect to the initial structure.
